Trenkwalder Personaldienste GmbH has been awarded as BEST RECRUITER of 2018/2019 with the GOLD badge. Trenkwalder scored 1st place in the “Personal Services/HR” industry. In the overall ranking, Trenkwalder came 3rd place.
The BEST RECRUITERS study is the largest recruiting study in German-speaking countries and examines annually the recruiting quality of the top 500 employers in Germany from an applicant’s point of view.
The digitization strategy of Trenkwalder Germany is an important factor for success. Social recruiting, employer branding and the optimization of the application processes in the interest of the candidates are the most important topics: “Applicants are the focus of all considerations so that their way to a new job is an uncomplicated one. We managed to do this last year and the golden award honors us very much,” says Michaela Hrdlicka, Head of Applicant Management.
Trenkwalder was once again able to significantly improve its ranking from 2017/2018. The company ranked 4th in the industry survey and 32nd in the overall ranking. Trenkwalder was ranked first in the in the area of HR service providers for the first time in 2018/2019 and scored points in all measured areas: online recruiting campaigns, online job advertisements, handling applicants, applicant feedback.
